About My Breastfeeding Diet’s Author
Since I decided upon to become a breastfeeding mother of 2 handsome boys – now 4 and 7 – from the minute they are born until they are about 3, I became an avid reader and participant in this area of expertise. However, I have much difficulties in finding the right solutions and tips pertaining to the topic of breastfeeding diet. I had done my research and still keeping abreast of the current happenings.
I have given my friends and acquaintances on numerous accounts of breastfeeding diet tips and recipes that they had enabled them to undergone a much smoother, successful and satisfying journeys as pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
On numerous occasions, I was asked to advance my knowledge into the professional field (medically) to enhance my standing as an expert in breastfeeding – which I look forward to in the near future. My current passion is to be available to the many more friends and readers who would like to share their breastfeeding diet tips and recipes with everyone who is in need of them.
Having personally experienced and helped others in this area of breastfeeding diet, I want to contribute to the world around me too. My passion for breastfeeding came not only from the satisfying benefits that it had given me but through the past years, seeing my 2 breastfed sons growing and achieving their best – in health and intelligence – that made me truly believe that BREASTFEEDING IS THE BEST WAY TO GO!
As breastfeeding and post-delivery puts much drain physically, emotionally and mentally to a new mothers; many gave up in the early process. Many nursing mothers who had busy working schedules and long periods of absence from their babies, had to give up breastfeeding. However, with the right information on the dietary requirements needed and various techniques employed, any mother can sustain their milk supply and continue to provide their babies and children their best – breastmilk!
Breastfeeding is an individual choice. It is a commitment that a mother needs to decide from the start. It can be tiring in many ways. Perseverance is the best way to successful breastfeeding. With commitment to your babies and yourselves, you WILL find the way to make it a treasured part of your life journey.
